the sound quality leaves something to be desired.

They also play ungodly large amounts of studio (shitty) dead. Its a real heart breaker, real heads waste little time with the studio stuff, its not where the magic is. I have no idea why they play that stuff so much.

They also play too many other bands. Many times its JGB, ratdog, furthur robert hunter etc. I want to hear live dead shows.

Maybe I'm an asshole. But the dead channel definitely isnt what it could be.

Though the "head set" thing is really cool, where listeners can get an hour segment.

Nah you're not an asshole, you just speak the truth. I totally agree. I'm tired of hearing the same studio versions of songs on sirius; it's not FM radio. And they play a lot of dead cover songs by shitty bands that I have no interest in. I don't mind the occasional jgb song, or even furthur, ratdog, or phil. But other than that, they need to stop playing other bands. This station has so much potential, they just go about it the wrong way.
